How I Work

I offer an objective, compassionate space so you can explore where you are and discover where you would like to go on your life’s adventure.

 

Drawing from my personal experience of multiple life transitions (About Jane), combining my theoretical and practical skills as a Life Coach, Wellbeing Coach and Mindful Self Compassion practice, I incorporate techniques and tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Intelligence, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Positive Psychology.

I have an established network of specialist practitioners locally and nationally through Chrysalis Effect Health, where a referral may be required. So while I have the skills to conduct a Bereavement Session, where a coachee has complex issues, it may be appropriate to suggest working with an expert in this field in more depth.

My aim is to empower you to make positive change to improve your happiness and health.
